Monarca Group in the Northern Area

Monarca Group’s full developments stand out in the Northern area of Buenos Aires.

Monarca Group is ranked among the most important developers in the Northern area. It specializes in multifamily housing. The Director of the developer, Gonzalo Monarca, has stated that the group offers different services as it is a developer, an architecture office and construction company. All those roles allow the company to buy and sell, thus centralizing activities and management in each project.

The group has currently launched two projects: Pradera, in Santa Bárbara gated community, and Rivera Nordelta. The first one is a condominium located in front of a lagoon and the other one a terraced building facing the river.

Pradera has six modules and clubhouse. It is surrounded by gardens that offer a green and natural landscape. The complex offers 120 functional units of 2, 3 and 4 rooms with double-garage and also parking areas for visits. The units also have semi-private hall, laundry area, individual barbecue space and private garden or terraced balcony. It also offers gym, playroom for children and adults, indoor/outdoor swimming pools, children’s pool, dressing rooms, solarium and a playground.

Rivera Nordelta is a condominium of 96 units of 2, 3 and 4 rooms, divided into two terraced modules and a central building. Ribera 1, 2, 3 and 4 offer at the ground floor units of 2 or 3 rooms with a 50 sq m. private garden. On the 1st and 2nd floors, units of 2 and 3 rooms with big balcony and barbecue space. The 3rd floor offers apartments of 3 rooms, with service unit and over 90 sq m. open terrace. The 5th floor is an exclusive 3-room apartment with service unit and 115 sq m. terrace. All units offer one garage.
