J. P. Urruti launches Costa V, the second stage of the master plan of the mega project Costa Esmeralda.
On September 6th, Costa V will be launched. This development is located in Route 11, Km 380, in a beach area next to Pinamar. The 26-hectare project offers 175 plots of land of approximately 970 sq m. each one. That same day, the 40 plots that are still available in the II sports area will be subscribed at 8 in the offices of J. P. Urruti (3028 Von Wernicke Street, San Isidro)
J.P. Urruti will commercialize the remaining plots of the second stage through a cost price system: plot prices from: USD 11,000; financing: 30% advance dollar payment and the other 70% in 36 peso installments. Only one plot per person can be bought.
The developer stated that it has given priority to the interested parties that listed to buy a plot in the first stage but could not do so; for that reason, nowadays only 40 plots are available in the second stage. For the commercialization of this stage of the general project (Costa Esmeralda), the same system will be implemented.
The mega project Costa Esmeralda offers 1,000 hectares, in which 39 houses, 46 woks and five projects are being developed.
