Bilateral Agreement between CEDU and APPCU

CEDU and APPCU will develop joint actions in the Real Estate sector.

Professionalism and commitment in the real estate sector have been proved by the bilateral agreement that the president of CEDU, Raúl Sáenz Valiente, and the president of APPCU, Ariel Cagnoli, have signed. Such agreement will result in important benefits to both institutions.

Both institutions have signed a bilateral agreement in order to jointly participate and collaborate  in the promotion and organization of the forums and conferences that each institutions would hold, thus strengthening the construction market. Through this agreement both institutions have also committed to jointly coordinate, organize and execute training activities and congresses, and to promote interesting products and services among  CEDU and APPCU members.

The objective of this agreement is to promote and exchange updated information about the real estate markets in both countries, Argentina and Uruguay, through meetings arranged between CEDU and APPCU in order to establish strategies to encourage business opportunities between the members of both institutions.

The Private Construction Developers Association in Uruguay (APPCU) is an association with legal capacity, which gathers together mainly private construction developers, whether they be natural or legal persons. The objective of the Association is to provide its partners with a comprehensive service to help them to achieve business and institutional excellence. It organizes interesting business, professional and cultural activities not only intended to the growth of its partners, but also to the growth of the society as a whole. Besides, APPCU coordinates, fosters, encourages, protects and develops the promotion of the private construction industry, and all related activities.
