Sector Activities

Through the organization and sponsoring of workshops and conventions related with the activity, both at a local and regional level, the CEDU seeks to generate dialogue spaces that will enable an in depth understanding of the present and future situation of the real estate industry in our country.

The main activities of the CEDU in local forums and in international conventions, are:

Attendance to forums and seminaries to promote the important role of real estate as engine for development in the Argentine economy.
To motivate the executives to participate in the creation and analysis of public policies related to the real estate activity.
Organize meetings to discuss public policies with authorities, government officers, legislators and experts to detect new growth opportunities.
Distribute analysis reports and proposals for the present and future market.
Organize ateliers and working breakfasts between the member companies and expert analysts of the real estate industry.

Contest: Urban Center of sustainable transport

The aim of this contest is to create an architectural set to meet the multiple scales that an urban complex of sustainable transport has.

ENROLLMENT DEADLINE → March 31st, 2010.

“SCA - CPAU Arquitecture Award” Announcement

CEDU has developed a Corporate Social Responsibility Program in order to work towards a solution to the lack of habitability in schools and to provide accessibility to educational training programs. Through the commitment to ethical values and the Community, the Argentine Chamber of Urban Developers intends to run charity programs and activities.
